According to Stephenie’s official website, she has removed her MySpace.
On June 4th, she posted:
A quick fyi: I am taking down my bloated myspace page. It was a lot of fun while it lasted, and I really miss the early days when I could hang out with people online. Many of you are hilarious and insightful, and I wish it was easier for me to talk to everyone the way I used to.
With the myspace no longer in existence, I can now clearly state that-beside than this website-there is no other outlet where I communicate with people online. I do not have a facebook page, and I have never had one. I don’t do twitter. So if you’re communicating with someone online that you think is me, it’s not.
Hope you all are having a great summer so far! If you’re looking for some beach reading, you might try Rick Riordan’s Percy Jackson and the Olympians series if you haven’t already. My son finally finished book five yesterday so I could read it today. It was a fantastic end to a fantastic series. I tip my hat to you, Mr. Riordan!

Paramore has told Billboard that they might not be interested in appearing on the New Moon soundtrack. According to Paramore drummer Zac Farro,
“Speaking to Billboard, the 18-year-old who celebrates his 19th birthday tomorrow, revealed: “It was really fun to be a part of that, and great exposure, but I think Twilight was it for us. We don’t want to seem like we’re trying to get in every single movie they put out.” He adds: “We don’t want to be, like, the vampire house band.”

Lynne Mooney Teta sent a notice out Thursday to faculty, students and parents denying the presence of bloodsuckers.
She declined, however, to offer details about the rumors.
Boston Police spokesman Eddy Chrispin said police were called to the school Wednesday after hearing of the vampire tales.
Chrispin said he didn’t know if the alleged vampires were among the student body or hiding in old corners of the building.

“This morning I went to Hot Topic at the Pearlridge Mall in Pearl City to check out all the Twilight memorabilia. Later, I walked out to the parking lot and saw this beautiful car. After the car and I became well acquainted – having snapped numerous pictures – I just had to meet the owner of this magnificent vehicle. So on a hunch I made it back in to Hot Topic. Once there I walked right up to a customer at the counter and said, “Is that your Twilight Car?”" So, without a doubt this woman named Donna will from now on be known as the Twilight car woman! lol
